These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website meatcounter.shop (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Scope and Acceptance
meatcounter.shop sells products online to customers located in the United States only. We do not accept orders for international shipping. We do not offer customized or personalized products; all items are sold as described. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a resident of the USA and that the shipping address is within the 50 states.
2. Account Registration
You are not required to register for an account to browse the Site or make a purchase. You may checkout as a guest. If you choose to create an account (e.g., to save your information), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Account Security and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase. You are prohibited from:
- Using the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Providing false or fraudulent information

All product prices are listed in USD. Prices do not include shipping (which is free) or taxes. Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws. There are no hidden or optional fees; all charges are disclosed before order confirmation.

We accept payments through Shopify Payments, which supports:

- Other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay)
The payment process is as described in our Payment Policy. For cancellations or refunds, any non-refundable payment processor fees are your responsibility as they are levied by the payment provider.
6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review them carefully. In summary:
- Free standard shipping to all 50 states, no express options.
- Returns only accepted for defects, shipping damage, or wrong items; must be reported within 72 hours of delivery for damage.
- Refunds issued to original payment method after inspection. For approved returns, we provide return label.
- Non-defective returns are not accepted.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of meatcounter.shop or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited. The meatcounter.shop name and logo are trademarks of our company.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide the Site and products “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
10. Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Site or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kennebec County, Maine. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
